What I did

At Atlassian, I crafted the sign up experience for the millions of users who decide to choose Jira to manage their projects. The goal was to streamline the sign-up process while ensuring clarity and ease of use. By removing unnecessary screens and driving for consistency, the new sign-up flow was reimagined to be efficient and customer-centric. The principles prioritized accessible language, clear instructions, and visual cues to guide users seamlessly through each step. The result was a more intuitive and user-friendly sign-up experience that resulted in a 10% D1-D6 lift.
